Refund Policy

At Crafted Vision, your satisfaction matters. This policy outlines the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds for our kitchen tools and accessories.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds apply to items purchased directly from Crafted Vision that are unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Custom or personalized kitchen tools, gift cards, and clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.

4. Return Process

Contact support to initiate a return. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for damaged or defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount is returned to your original payment method.

7. Exchanges

You may exchange an item for a different product of equal value. Contact support for assistance and return instructions.

8. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time, check your bank account first. Then contact us at support@getcraftedvision.com.

10. Sale Items

Items purchased on sale may only be refunded according to this policy. Refund amounts reflect the actual purchase price.

11. International Orders

Returns for international orders must comply with local customs regulations. Customers are responsible for duties and return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
